“Doing Pilates with Heather and my baby was one of the most wonderful parts of having an infant. Heather adapted the exercises to help my body heal from childbirth while also finding the exercises my daughter responded to. I did Pilates with Heather all throughout my pregnancy and it was amazing to see how well my baby responded to those same movements after birth. She was (and still is) happiest while in movement and Heather managed to turn that into a wonderful workout for me that also allowed me to bond with my baby. She is now 17 months old and she’s still there with my while I do Pilates with Heather. Frequently she’s on top of me or part of the exercises with me.
