Breaking Down Exercises for Hip Stability
One of the things I love about Pilates is how it changes with you. If you need it to be more challenging, you can make it that way. If you need it to be easier you can modify. I love to break down exercises to get different things out of them. Here is a way to break down some of the Ab Series for added hip stability or to support back pain.
